Love is in the air, and that means it is time for Image Jolie’s first ever BLOG CONTEST!

With only 16 days left until Valentine’s day, I’m sure there are quite a few of you who are still unsure of what to do for your love on that special day! Well, this is where we come in. I am offering 1 Free Session and 1 8×10 print to the couple with the most inspiring love story!

Here’s what you need to do:

Send an email to jenny@imagejolie.com including the follow information:

• Your names
• An email address (so I can contact you if you win!)
• How long you’ve been together
• Your love story

Deadline for entries is Friday, February 1 at 11:59 pm. The winners will be chosen by a panel of judges, and announced on Saturday, February 2 along with their love story.

Hello my faithful blog readers!

I apologize for neglecting you all this week! This has been a CRAZY week! Getting engaged, school starting back, wedding planning, ahh!!! Thank you all so much for your super sweet and awesome comments in the past week, on here, the forums, Facebook, etc…we both appreciate it so much!

As I’m sure all you current and past bride-to-be’s know, planning a wedding is overwhelming! I apologize to anyone I need to get emails out to, I will try to do that this week. Thank you so much for your patience as I adjust to being a full time student, planning a wedding, and running my business! I think we are hopefully booking a place tomorrow…I don’t want to jinx it but please pray that it hasn’t been booked for my date since Friday!

You all are amazing! Check back soon, there may be a Valentine’s contest in the works……

Today I had a super fun engagement session with two of my close friends, Brad and Meghan! The main thing they wanted to do was have fun, and we definitely had a blast! We went to the church they met at and are getting married in, their favorite restaurant, the park they sat all night talking at for their first date, and a few other places!

Snow, cold, and love!

That’s what today’s session was all about! Today I got to do engagement pictures for Seth and Sloane. These two are absolutely amazing. We were out in freezing cold weather (and Sloane in short sleeves!) and they still managed to keep a smile on their faces and the love in their eyes! I have the honor of being the photographer for their wedding in March, and I know it is going to be absolutely beautiful and sweet. I can’t wait!!

On Friday I had an amazing shoot with Bailey, Emily, and Gina. These girls are so awesome and so much fun! They let me drag them out in the cold, and dressed up in vintage dresses to model for me! We had an absolute blast! I just can’t say enough how sweet these girls are and the compliments they’ve given me on these pictures already…you all rock! We were going for a vintage look, but I think it turned into more a timeless classy look and I couldn’t be happier with the way it went! Here are some of my favorites, I hope you enjoy!

Feels like it’s been forever since I’ve posted! I just got back from a little trip to Chicago with my dad. It was a blast! I’d never been to Chicago, so it was definitely a cool experience. Honestly, not somewhere that’s going to top my travel list anytime again soon but, worth the trip! Here’s just a few shots from our adventures!

Yesterday I was driving home from the orthodontist, feeling a little down because I still have to have braces for another six months (and they make me look like I’m 12…), and when I heard this song it made me feel quite a bit better!
